The safety of our patients and staff is always our top priority. Below are some extra measures we are taking, in addition to the stringent infection control procedures we have always followed:

  • We will be eliminating our waiting room for the time being to adhere as closely as possible to social distancing. When you arrive for your appointment, please stay in your car and text or call the office that you have arrived. Once your reserved room is ready, we will alert you to come into the office so you can be directly escorted to the treatment room.
  • As set forth by State Mandated Guidelines, every patient will be required to wear a face covering that goes over the mouth and nose upon entering the office. We have air purifiers set up around the office and our staff and doctors are equipped with the CDC recommended PPE to ensure the safety of all.
  • Our office will communicate with you beforehand to ask some screening questions. You’ll be asked those same questions again when you are in the office, and your temperature will be taken with a touch-less thermometer when you enter the office.
  • We have hand sanitizer and wipes that we will ask you to use when you enter the office. We will also ask you to use an anti microbial rinse we have prepared for you after you are seated.
  • Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you’re offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment. As is the norm in our practice, your room will be reserved specifically for you, and we ask that you please notify us if you will not be able to make your appointment 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Please take note of our Cancellation Policy.
  • In order to adhere to social distancing guidelines, ONLY the patient with a schedule appointment will be allowed into the office unless an escort is medically necessary. Please note that if a guardian or caretaker must accompany the patient, they will be subject to the same screening protocols as the patient. Please be sure to make any childcare arrangements if needed.
  • We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you. We are also encouraging longer appointments to allow for more work to be done during each appointment, cutting down on your frequency of visits.
